NOTE: Policies are in effect for all courses and are subject to change for exigent circumstances.


Cancellation Information/Refund Policy
The course can be cancelled prior to the start of the first class. A full refund will be given.

Dancers (students) may receive:  A refund of 100% more than one week prior to the start of the first class. A refund of 50% from one week to the day before the first class. No refunds on or after the day the first class begins.

NOTE:  All refund requests must be made in writing.

Snow Policy
Generally, classes will not be cancelled. If conditions are bad enough to warrant canceling a class, the class will be made up the following week and the course will end one week later. Cancellation notice will be given on that day no later than 5:00 p.m. via email. Also, cancellation will be made by phone when possible. If you have any doubt, call 703.599.3300. Leave a message with a phone number if you don't get through. You are responsible for finding out whether a class is cancelled or delayed. Please check e-mail and message or call as needed if the weather is bad.
